Registrar's Office

The Registrar's Office manages information about students’ degree programmes from admission to graduation or deregistration:

  • Admission/admission to programmes (international, EU)
  • Admission procedure for bachelor’s degree programmes and master ́s programmes taught in English
  • University entrance qualification exam
  • Deregistration, academic leave of absence
  • Various confirmations of registration
  • Tuition fee, tuition fee regulations
  • TU Graz card (personal identity card for students)
  • Individual degree programmes
  • Award of university degree/graduation ceremony
  • Sub auspiciis graduation ceremony

The Registrar's Office  is responsible for the central administration of examination:

  • Transferral of exam results
  • Examinations and transferral of credits
  • Issuing of transcripts
  • Diploma supplement
