For example, students can contact us when conflicts emerge in courses, in relation to exams, or during admission, or they have suggestions on how to improve university life or student services. We want to create a solution-oriented atmosphere and initiate measures that improve university life for all students.
What can the ombudsperson not do? The TU Graz Student Ombudsperson cannot change existing rules (acts, regulations, decrees) ad hoc, annul decisions or issue binding mandates.
