Wanted Qualifications

Matura, competence in office and teaching organisation as well as billing and financial administration; independent working methods and initiative; ability to communicate and work in a team; high level of commitment and dedication; reliability; computer skills (MS Office products); good German and English skills, both spoken and written. We are looking for an organizational talent who enjoys working with colleagues, students and external cooperation partners. Experience in university operations (TUG Online, SAP, financial management and accounting of research projects, study and examination administration) would be very advantageous.

Tasks include general administration, personnel administration, study and examination administration, financial and administrative project management, library administration, accounting (SAP), organization and accounting of business trips, review of documents in German, coordination of appointments, support of websites/social media, administration of the TUGonline system.

Classification

IIb according to the collective agreement for university employees; the minimum monthly remuneration for this use is currently € 1,994.60 gross (14 times a year) and may possibly increase on the basis of the provisions of the collective agreement by taking into account previous experience specific to the job as well as other remuneration components associated with the special features of the job.
