Well Provided for throughout the Summer

You can borrow books, visit the International House, use printing and copying services and enjoy culinary delights on the TU Graz Campus during holidays. You can find the summer opening times here.

Library

The main library of TU Graz (Technikerstraße 4) will be open from 7 July to 1 August from Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 15:00. From 4 to 29 August, the main library will be open from Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 13:00; and from 1 to 19 September again from 08:30 to 15:00.

The NAWI specialist library (Stremayrgasse 16) and Inffeld specialist library (Inffeldgasse 10) are open from 7 July to 19 September from Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 13:00.

Book return boxes are available at all library locations for returning borrowed books outside opening hours. If you would like to collect books from the parcel station on the same day, please order them at least 30 minutes before the library closes. Pre-orders received after this time will be ready for you on the next working day.

International House

International House at Lessingstraße 32 is a meeting place for students and staff from all over the world as well as all those at TU Graz who are interested in international exchange. International House is open from 2 July to 31 August, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 13:00. Appointments can also be made outside these times by prior arrangement.

Printkultur

The two Printkultur shops of the Students’ Union at TU Graz GmbH also offer you competent printing solutions in summer. Both the Neue Technik shop (Stremayrgasse 16) and the Inffeld shop (Inffeldgasse 10) will be open from 14 July to 31 August, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 13:00.

The regular opening hours will apply again from 1 September: the Neue Technik shop is open from Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00 and on Friday from 08:00 to 15:00, while the Inffeld shop is open from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 14:00.

Mensa

Nobody goes hungry at TU Graz – even during the holidays. In July, August and September, the café at the Inffeldgasse Canteen (Inffeldgasse 10) is open from Monday to Thursday from 07:00 to 16:00, and on Friday from 07:00 to 15:00. Lunch is served in the restaurant from 11:00 to 14:30.

The opening hours of the Rooftop Canteen (Stremayrgasse 16) will change in August: the M-Café on the ground floor will be closed from 1 to 31 August, while the restaurant on the top floor will be open from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 15:00 during this period, offering lunch (also here between 11:00 and 14:30) as well as a café service and small snacks.
