Digital Accessibility on Mobiliy-Online

Graz University of Technology (TU Graz) is committed to ensuring that its websites are accessible in accordance with the Federal Act on Accessibility of Federal Websites and Mobile Applications (Web Accessibility Act – WZG), Federal Law Gazette I No. 59/2019, as amended.

This accessibility statement applies to Mobility-Online https://mobility-online.tugraz.at, which is a web application for managing mobility programmes provided by SOP Mobility-Online GmbH.

Responsibility for the technical implementation, including accessible design, is subject to the limitations of the Mobility-Online product and is largely beyond the control of TU Graz.

With regard to accessibility in Mobility-Online, there are two views of the system. On the one hand, the student view, which is accessible (90 points according to the BITV test – https://www.bitvtest.de). On the other hand, the administrative view for staff, which has not been fully designed for accessible use and is therefore only partially accessible. (82 points according to the BITV test).

All portals, forms and functions published within the system comply with Conformity Level AA of the ‘Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.1’ and with the applicable European Standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03) in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

Creation of the Accessibility Statement

This statement was drawn up on 11 May 2026 on the basis of an assessment carried out by the product manufacturer, SOP Mobility-Online GmbH. 

Feedback and contact information

We are committed to reporting any existing barriers to SOP Mobility-Online GmbH as quickly as possible, thereby helping to continuously improve accessibility on Mobility-Online.

Enforcement procedure

If you find that the response from the above-mentioned point of contact is not satisfactory, you may file a complaint with the complaints office of the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG). The FFG accepts complaints online via the contact form of the complaints office.

The FFG will examine whether the complaint relates to violations of the Web Accessibility Act (WZG), particularly deficiencies in compliance with accessibility requirements, by the federal government or an associated institution.

If the complaint is justified, the FFG will issue recommendations for action to the federal government or the legal entities concerned and propose measures to remedy the deficiencies.
