Welcome to the Institute of Thermal Turbomachinery and Machine Dynamics

Our mission is to push the boundaries of thermodynamic systems and machinery through research and innovative teaching. We are committed to advancing energy and aviation propulsion systems and work hard to develop sustainable technologies. Our research covers a broad range of topics, with a particular focus on gas and steam turbines, as well as machine dynamics to support the reliable operation of rotating machinery.

This page provides an overview of the institute, including our capabilities, academic programmes, and current research activities. We hope you find the information you are looking for. If not, please feel free to contact us by email or phone.
