overSEAs Programme: Study abroad scholarship by TU Graz

Students can apply for a semester abroad via the overSEAs programme, sponsored by Graz University of Technology. Special funding is available through the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility Programme for Tongji University, Washington State University and St. Petersburg State Polytechnical University. Applications are accepted until 02 December 2019.


Information Security Scholarship

The Cybersecurity Campus Graz is awarding scholarships for talented and motivated international students starting their studies at TU Graz in winter semester 2020/21. The scholarships are intended for students with a major in information security within the english-language master’s degree programmes in Computer Science, Information and Computer Engineering or Software Engineering and Management. Apply until 15 January 2020!

You can also apply if you have recently created an independent, excellent research team and want to strengthen it.

KlarText-Preis für Wissenschaftskommunikation

[German only] „Was hast Du da eigentlich gemacht in Deiner Doktorarbeit?“ – Um die Antwort auf genau diese Frage geht es bei KlarText, dem Preis für Wissenschafts­kommunikation der Klaus Tschira Stiftung. Die Stiftung sucht junge Wissen­schaftler, die 2018 und 2019 eine sehr gute Doktor­arbeit in Biologie, Chemie, Informatik, Geo­wissen­schaften, Mathematik, Neuro­wissen­schaften oder Physik (oder angrenzend) geschrieben haben und die Lust darauf haben, einem nicht-wissen­schaftlichen Publikum zu erklären, was sie da eigentlich gemacht haben, in ihrer Forschung. Und zwar in Form eines allgemein verständlichen Artikels, in deutscher Sprache.

Zu gewinnen gibt es 5.000€!

TGW Robo Challenge 2020

The first TGW Robo Challenge launches on 07 July 2020. It is aimed at interested students from the fields of mechatronics, computer science and hobby robot builders who want to take up an exciting challenge.

The joint event of the TGW Logistics Group and the FH Oberösterreich will take place directly at the TGW Evolution Park in Marchtrenk (Ludwig-Szinicz-Straße 3). Win Amazon vouchers worth 500, 300 and 200 euros per competition!
