The Department of Computer Science and Biomedical Engineering at Graz University of Technology is committed to excellence in research and teaching. University Assistant (PostDoc, 3 years) at the Institute of Medical Engineering

40h/week, presumably starting 01 December 2020.

Admission requirements

Completed university studies with a Doctorate in Biomedical Engineering or related subject.

Wanted Qualifications

  • Profound knowledge of MR methodology and basic relaxation mechanisms,
  • practical experimental MR experience,
  • programming skills (C/C++ and Matlab, CUDA)
  • and knowledge and experience in sequence programming (Siemens IDEA).
  • Very good English skills for publication, presentation and meetings.
  • The ability and willingness to teach courses in the Biomedical Engineering curriculum is required.

Our offer

B 1 under the collective agreement for university employees; the monthly minimum remuneration for this use is currently € 3.889,50.- gross (14 times per year, including social and health insurance).
