After school graduation, the agony of choice: which one of the countless courses do you want to do? Seven students reveal why they chose to study at TU Graz.

7 students who love their course of studies at TU Graz reveal their very personal reasons for their choice of studies: Ko Odreitz, Johanna Lippitz, Thomas Huber, Elisabeth Salomon, Philipp Berner, Hannah Mayer and Martin Gabriel (from left).
So much information, so many possibilities, so many opinions. The end of your school days is at the same time the grand finale of an important period of your life and thus deserves your full concentration. Concrete ideas about the time when school is behind you are often not given enough place. First-hand experiences can clear the fog to a certain extent, and that’s why we’ve asked seven students why they decided to do their degree courses at TU Graz. Their answers are as follows:

“...because chemistry gives me a totally fresh glimpse into the everyday things of life."
Martin Gabriel, 21|Bachelor’s in Chemistry

“…because the combination of computer science and electrical engineering is simply perfect.”
Elisabeth Salomon, 20| Bachelor’s in Information and Computer Engineering

“…because as a mechanical engineer I’d like to make a contribution to future products.”
Philipp Berner, 23|Masters in Production Science and Management

“…because I like to find rational explanations for things which man has always tried to understand.”
Jo-Hannah Mayer, 20|Bachelors in Physics

“…because the inner life of electronic devices fascinates me more than their design.”

Ko Odreitz, 22|Bachelors in Electrical Engineering

“…because I want to fulfil today’s apirations concerning individual living space creatively.”
Thomas Huber, 25|Masters Architecture

“…because I want to go as high as the structures which I’ll be building for several future generations.”
Johanna Lippitz, 24|Masters in Construction Management and Civil Engineering

So if you’re looking for the perfect course of studies, you’ll have many possibilities to get a personal impression of TU Graz and its range of courses in the next few months.
