The Cluster Forschungsdaten cordially invites you to the FAIR&AI Symposium. The event focuses on the intersection of Research Data Management (RDM) and Artificial Intelligence (AI): How can FAIR principles support AI applications and how can AI enhance RDM practices? Target groups: Researchers (especially in AI, data science, and data-intensive disciplines) Research infrastructure providers (data repositories, compute centers like VSC/ASC, EOSC representatives) Research support staff (data stewards, data curators, Open Science experts) Policy and legal experts (data governance and AI regulations) Ministries, university leadership Program highlights: Keynotes by international and national experts Lightning Talks (Best Practices, Tool Presentations, Showcases) Breakout sessions & roundtables for interdisciplinary exchange Session results shared in plenary Closing wrap-up panel & networking Objectives: Highlight synergies between FAIR data and AI Discuss infrastructure challenges (compute, storage, workflow integration) Foster interdisciplinary dialogue between researchers, infrastructure providers, and support staff Promote networking and potential collaboration for future projects Preliminary Agenda: 12 a.m.-1 p.m.: Lunch & Registration 1 p.m.-6 p.m.: Programme 6 p.m.-8 p.m.: Networking The event will be held in English.
