TECONOMY Graz 2017: Job hunting made easy

Contact persons from 91 top companies and a multitude of career tools await students and graduates of science and technology subjects at TU Graz on 4 May.

Representatives of leading global players, medium-sized companies and young start-ups talk to students and graduates about occupational profiles, job and continuing education offers as well as traineeships and internships at the TECONOMY Graz 2017 careers fair.

How much students and graduates of science and technology are sought after, is shown by the plethora of exhibitors at the TECONOMY Graz 2017 careers fair. They come bearing internships, diploma projects and activities for working students. Many of the companies are cooperation partners of TU Graz, which organises the biggest careers fair of southern Austria together with the student organisation IAESTE every year. Apart from highlights like the careers fair, the co-organisers – the Research & Technology House of TU Graz together with the <link http: career.tugraz.at _blank int-link-external external link in new>Career Info Service – run an online job platform the whole year long for graduates and students in their final semesters.

Assessment centre, CV check and more

If you really want to prepare yourself well for the TECONOMY Graz 2017, go there the evening before for a “Get ready” seminar held by Deloitte Consulting in Graz, which will instruct you about how to make optimum job applications. On the day of the fair, in addition to talks in a lively and professional atmosphere at TU Graz’s Alte Technik Campus, there are a variety of additional offers for visitors:

International horizon

The international student association IAESTE, which focuses on mediating student placements abroad, organises careers fairs in Graz, Leoben, Linz, Salzburg and Vienna every year. With its approximately 4,000 visitors, the TECONOMY Graz 2017 is one of the biggest events on the TU Graz campus.
