At the FSI Recruiting Day 2017, students of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, process engineering and business economics meet companies such as Magna, AVL, Miba, Mahle and Ventrex, all of which have at least one thing in common: they’re looking for qualified employees. The FSI – a centre of excellence for European automotive engineering – and TU Graz’s Career Center are inviting partner companies to the annual recruiting event to present their company philosophy and offer placements, internships and holiday jobs.

At the FSI Recruiting Day at TU Graz, interested persons can expect all this:

    •    Company stands
    •    Company presentations
    •    Information from student organisation IAESTE about internships in Austria and abroad
    •    Podium talk on the topic “Industry 4.0: Work in transition”
    •    Networking over a buffet lunch
    •    CV check in German or English
    •    Résumé photo shoot

    The FSI

The cooperation between TU Graz and Magna in the form of an institute is widely regarded as a model partnership between a university and a company. The FSI comprises three institutes under one roof: Institute of Automotive Engineering (FTG), Institute of Tools and Forming (T&F), Institute of Production Science and Management (PSM). The broad range of research and teaching is oriented to international requirements ¬– from innovative heating technology by way of new mechatronics concepts for urban mobility to the “factory of the future”. Students are taught in English in the Production Science and Management master’s programme.
