Strength and vibration analyzes are considered with their diverse interactions in the overall vehicle system. Important factors here are contacts, plastic effects, non-linear coupling points, thermal boundary conditions and friction effects, user-specific service life, installation space and costs. Optimizations for lightweight solutions can be holistically evaluated in the life cycle of the emissions balance sheets. 

Depending on the task, the project will be accompanied from concept to series production, embedded in the development process of the complete vehicle. Special know-how exists in the area of ​​chassis, brakes, drive systems, special and off-road vehicles.Numerous industrial software packages are available for the analyzes (eg Abaqus, Ansys, Permas, Ansa). Model matching and verification can be done using test bench and driving tests in-house.
