Project Manager
Full time (40h/week).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordination and management of projects supporting research data management
- Defining tasks, deliverables, scope and goals for projects
- Creation of the project plan in coordination with project partners
- Communication with different stakeholders and project partners
- Time, budget and resource planning as well as tracking within the project
- Presentation of project results
- Team coordination and prioritization of activities within the project
- Reporting (e.g. support in creating deliverables)
- Active exchange of knowledge within the team
- Communication of complex issues to all stakeholders
- Project meetings with project partners in Austria
Required skills and experience
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Solution-oriented thinking
- Interest and/or knowledge in research data management
- Very good written and spoken English and German language skills
Desirable skills and experience
- Completed academic studies (masters or diploma) in project management or a related subject
- Experience and qualifications in project management
Classification
Job Grading in Accordance with Collective Bargaining Agreement: IIIa (higher school certificate, equivalent to Matura) with relevant work experience determining the assignment to a particular salary grade. The gross salary for this position amounts to a minimum of € 2116,60/month, 14x per year.
IIIa (academic degree) with relevant work experience determining the assignment to a particular salary grade. The gross salary for this position amounts to a minimum of € 2673,10/month, 14x per year.
