Pension Actuarial Mathematics

Mathematics and pension planning come together to form the basis of this specialisation university course!

This university course is focused on imparting practical knowledge of pension insurance models and methods – with a special focus on occupational pension schemes in Austria.

Particularly for graduates with a focus on actuarial and financial mathematics, the course offers a solid addition to professional qualifications and a great basis for taking on an “actuarial function” in the industry.

The content of the course follows the training requirements of the Austrian Actuarial Society (Aktuarvereinigung Österreichs AVÖ) in effect at the time of the course, so that successful completion of the course fulfils the pension actuarial mathematics requirement for training as a recognised actuary.
