Helmar Wiltsche is a senior researcher and group leader in Element Analysis at the Institute of Analytical Chemistry and Food Chemistry at TU Graz. He completed his doctoral studies (Dr. techn.) at TU Graz and has built extensive expertise in instrumental analytics, plasma spectrometry, ICP-OES, ICP-MS, and innovative sample preparation systems.
He is the author of numerous peer-reviewed scientific publications in leading journals such as Journal of Analytical Atomic Spectrometry, Analytical Chemistry, Analytical and Bioanalytical Chemistry, and ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces. His research focuses on elemental analysis, matrix effects in plasma spectrometry, microwave-assisted digestion systems, and advanced analytical instrumentation.
