„How sharing parental and home responsibilities protects your career, your relationship and your happiness“ will be the topic of the BioTechMed-Graz Science Breakfast with Paula Fyans, Author with 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
For parents, it often seems impossible to manage both private and professional obligations at the same time, especially if the psychological burden that comes with that is not shared equally. When too much is placed on one partner (usually the mother), it can jeopardise the stability of the relationship and can have profound effects on women's physical and mental health, career aspirations, financial security and personal development. At the same time, men are losing the deep, lifelong connection with their partner and family, as well as a broader sense of their masculine identity. Paula Fyans invites all men and women to attend this interactive presentation on this important topic.
