Workwear for workshops and laboratories, various office supplies, stamps, business cards with the TU Graz corporate design – TU Graz employees need all this and more to work professionally. During events, they also need TU Graz folders and posters.

The Purchasing Service Department provides all TU Graz facilities with office supplies, workwear, TU Graz advertising material Graz, business cards and more.

The Printing Service associated with the Purchasing Service produces printed materials of every kind for the organisational units of TU Graz.

Duties of the Purchasing Service Department

Purchasing Service

  • Supply of office furniture, workwear and external asset labels
  • Provision of TU Graz merchandise and informative materials
  • Support for mobile devices: Smartphone and data card
  • SAP service for organisational units without access to SAP and SAP emergency service
  • Supply of stamps and printing of business cards

 

Information for staff in the intranet TU4U

Printing service

  • Production of printed materials of all kinds including folders, posters, etc.
  • Supervision and maintenance of the copiers that can be used with Quick electronic purse system cards (Quick Wertkarte) and copy cards
