Circle of Excellence (CoE)

Prove your skills, build up your talents! Every year, twenty highly committed students of all universities of Graz have the opportunity to take part in a High-Potential Programme organised by the Circle of Excellence (CoE). The programme presents content required in order to be successful in one’s job.

The participants can expect a Circle year full of experiences, personal development, coachings, workshops with partner companies, and networking meetings. The events take place both physically and online. There is also lots of fun in the form of excursions and team activities. At the end of the year, participants are part of a big network of students, alumni and companies.

In my Circle-year I had the unique opportunity to meet extraordinary people from different fields of study and to make new friendships which lasted beyond the Circle-year. Due to the diversity of the group I was able to gain many new insights into different disciplines and to discover new perspectives and approaches.

Additionally, I personally grew by means of various coachings and partner events as well as the networking events with our alumni. My Circle-year was an incredible enrichment and a great experience that I wouldn't want to miss.
