Please take tram line 6 or 16 (direction St. Peter) and get off at the stop Schulzentrum St. Peter. Once you arrive at Schulzentrum St. Peter, turn into Inffeldgasse and walk about 450m. The main entrance to Inffeldgasse 18 will be on your right-hand side.

Suburban train (S-Bahn)

If you are traveling by S-Bahn S1, S3, S5, S6, S7, or S61, please get off at Graz Main Station (Hauptbahnhof). Then follow the instructions under "From Graz Main Station".

Due to the high number of participants, parking directly on the premises is not possible. We strongly recommend using public transport for direct travel to the event venue in Graz.

If you are arriving from Graz Main Station, please take tram line 6 or 16 (direction St. Peter) and ride to the stop Schulzentrum St. Peter. If you are arriving from Graz Airport Thalerhof, we recommend taking a taxi. The fare is around €20 and the ride takes about 25 minutes. With prior registration, you can be issued a permit to drive directly to Inffeldgasse 18 and get off there. Otherwise, please exit at the corner of Petersgasse and Inffeldgasse (Schulzentrum St. Peter) and walk about 450m along Inffeldgasse. The main entrance to Inffeldgasse 18 will be on your right-hand side, where you will find us on the 2nd floor.

Arrival by bus shuttle service

Arrival to the first evening event at the centrally located “Old University of Graz” is provided via a free bus shuttle service directly from the conference venue (next to the building at Inffeldgasse 18).

Alternative travel options

Alternatively, arrival is possible by taxi, private car, or public transport (stop: Schauspielhaus). On foot, the Old University of Graz can be reached within 5 minutes from the main square (via Sporgasse) or from Geidorfplatz (via Paulustorgasse).

Arrival by Line 6

Duration: 20–25 min (Line 6 to Hauptplatz 10–15 min, on foot 5–10 min from Hauptplatz to the castle)

• Board Line 6 at St. Peter – Schulzentrum
• Alight at Hauptplatz (or walk from Jakominiplatz to Hauptplatz)
• Walk uphill along Sporgasse
• Turn right into Hofgasse and continue straight towards Burgtor
• On the right-hand side (Hofgasse 14) is the entrance to the Aula of the Old University

Arrival by Line 6 and Bus 30

Duration: 15–20 min (Line 6 to Jakominiplatz 10–15 min, Bus 30 to Schauspielhaus approx. 5 min)

• Board Line 6 at St. Peter – Schulzentrum
• Change at Jakominiplatz to Bus 30 (direction Geidorf)
• Alight at the fourth stop “Schauspielhaus”

Arrival by car

Duration: approx. 15 min (depending on traffic conditions)

• Drive by car towards the city center
• From Inffeldgasse, turn left into Petersgasse
• Continue straight ahead
• Petersgasse – Mandellstrasse – Friedrich-Allee – up Burggasse
• Turn left into Hofgasse
• Pass the Schauspielhaus on the right
• Parking available at Karmeliterplatz: Pfauengarten underground garage
