The submitted abstracts are reviewed by a reviewing committee consisting of internationally recognized experts. Further information can be found under Reviewing Committee.
If there are 4 presenters in your session, your presentation is limited to a speaking time of 20 minutes. If there are 5 presenters, the speaking time is reduced to 15 minutes.

The lecture halls in which the sessions take place are listed in the conference schedule in the right-hand box of each session (designations i1, i3, i5, i7, i11, i12, i13).
Each session has a lecture hall assistant responsible for the preparations and the smooth running of the presentations. Please contact this person no later than before the start of your session. You can recognize them by their red name badges.

Catering includes coffee breaks and lunch. In addition, extensive catering will be offered at the evening events.
The first evening event will take place in the Aula of the Old University of Graz. Further information on how to get there. The second evening event will take place on the conference premises (Nikola Tesla Hall).
