Online registration is open until August 31. BCI society memberships will be checked, hence, please bring a membership confirmation. Participants who registered themselves as (PhD) students to get the discount, needs to show a valid student confirmation at the registration desk at the conference to receive their badge.

Registration includes: access to the conference (Tue-Thu), opening cocktail (Tue), coffee breaks (Tue-Thu), lunches (Tue-Wed), conference dinner (Wed), and open access proceedings.

Furthermore, we offer the following (all prizes additionally to the normal fee):

• Extra person to the conference dinner (Thursday evening; 110€; open until September 1st).
• Participation in a pre-conference workshop (Monday; 30€)
• Vine yard tour: join for some relaxing hours in the South Styrian Vine Yards! (55€, Thursday) - This ticket needs to be reserved via eventbrite - but be paid on site (CASH ONLY)

Cancellation policy
Registrations cancelled 30 days before event starts the registration fee will be refunded.
No refunds are available for cancellations made after 08.08.2024.

Language

The official language of the Conference is English. Please be aware that the official language in Austria is German.

Climate and Time Zone

The weather in Graz in September is cool and can be warm with occasional rain. The temperature typically range from 21°C to 11°C with an average of 15°C. The time zone in Austria is Central European Time (CET) (UTC plus 1 hour)​. More information about Graz are available at Wikipedia.

Liability and Insurance

The Conference Organizing Committee or Organizers or Secretariat cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.

By your presence at the 9^th Graz Brain-Computer Interface Conference 2024, you consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded. Your entry constitutes your consent to such photography, filming and/or recording and to any use, in any and all media throughout the universe in perpetuity, of your appearance, voice and name for any purpose whatsoever in connection with the 9^th Graz Brain-Computer Interface Conference 2024.

Talks given during the conference will not be filmed or a seperate request will be made by the organizer.

You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent given by you by attending the 9^th Graz Brain-Computer Interface Conference 2024.

If you do not agree with the above, you will not be able to attend the 9^th Graz Brain-Computer Interface Conference 2024. By registering and real participation in the conference, you expressly agree to the foregoing.
