On 19 May, this online lecture will introduce the basic rules of copyright law and explain how works may be used safely in an academic context.
On 19 May, the library is offering a talk on copyright and theses with Dr Thomas Luzer, Head of the Law Library at the University of Vienna.
At this event, you will receive a brief introduction to the basic rules of copyright law as well as detailed information on the so-called "free use of works", which play an important role in the university environment. Researchers and students will learn how works may be used and in which cases caution is advised.
