Publishing Advice

The Library offers a range of services and support related to scientific publishing and increasing the visibility of research achievements.

• The publishing house Verlag der TU Graz enables university members to publish their research results cost-effectively, preferably in the form of open access publications.
• Open access publishing is supported by agreements with a large number of publishers that allow free or reduced-price publishing, and by the administration of the university's central open access publication fund.
• In the area of research infrastructures, the library offers the TU Graz Repository and other tools for research data management.
• The research information system PURE, with its front end, the TU Graz research portal, enables the recording and presentation of the research achievements of TU Graz members.
• The licensed reference management software Citavi and Mendeley facilitate the collection of literature references, citation in texts, and the creation of bibliographies.

In addition to its extensive program of events, the library offers courses in the in-house training, institute visits on pre-agreed topics, and individual consultations.
