On October 22, as part of the “Österreich liest” initiative, the library invites you to a book presentation by insect researcher Magdalena Sorger.
As part of the series of events 'Österreich liest. Treffpunkt Bibliothek', recognised ant expert Magdalena Sorger will present her book „Ameisen. Die geheimen Herrscherinnen der Welt“ on 22 October and talk about her work and discoveries in the field of myrmecology, the study of ants.
Join us on a safari with insect researcher Magdalena Sorger. Starting on our doorstep, we will travel around the world. From taking a closer look at an anthill in the nearby forest to making astonishing scientific discoveries in the Bornean jungle, we will set off into the fascinating world of the masters of cooperation!
