The authors are requested to prepare their manuscripts in word doc as per instructions on the MANUSCRPIT link. You need to down load the Template prepare  the manuscript according to the details in the template and email your MS to 2016manuscriptnoSpam@tugraz.at before January 26, 2016. Please complete the Copy Right Form also and email it with your MS. The Program Committee can not guarantee inclusion of your manuscript in the periodical if your MS does not reach the Publishers by before January 26, 2016. You will receive email after you have successfully sent your manuscript via email to us. Please DO NOT email your manuscript to any other email address, the Committee will neither accept it or acknowledge it.

The manuscript of your paper will be reviewed by the Program Committee for the technical merit and if found suitable will be included in the  Materials Science Forum or Advanced Materials Research periodical /proceedings published by Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland. If your manuscript requires minor changes in it, the Program  Committee will incorporate  them in  your manuscript before sending to the publishers.  However, if  major changes  are required  only in that case  the Program Committee will contact you via email by March 5, 2016. If you do not receive our email by March 5, 2016, this will mean that your manuscript is accepted for inclusion in the periodical/proceedings without any changes.

Manuscript length is limited to 6 pages (A4 size) maximum for all authors invited or Keynote and contributed papers. All figures/tables must be included in these pages. Due to size restriction and cost of the conference proceedings/periodical, for any manuscript that exceeds 6 pages there will incur a fee of Euro 80 per extra page which must be paid with your registration fee by February 16, 2016, otherwise the MS will not be reviewed and included. Any manuscript exceeding 10 pages in length will not be included in the proceedings/periodical. Color Pages in manuscript:    It is suggested that NO COLOR pictures/figures/photographs should be included in your manuscript otherwise the publisher will charge you hefty  fee for color page at the time of your manuscript submission. The color page charges must be paid with your registration fee by February 16, 2016, otherwise the publisher will not include your manuscript in the proceedings/periodical. Please try your best not to include color illustrations in your MS. Contact the publisher at papersnoSpam@ttp.net about color figures/illustrations cost in your MS.

The presentation time for invited and contributed presentations will be notified to each author after March 20, 2016. The date, time and session of your presentation will be available for viewing in the THERMEC’2016 final program expected to be on the web site (www.thermec2016.tugraz.at) by March 25, 2016.

Audio-visual Aids for Oral Presentation:

Only Power Point presentation (including PC facilities) will be available for oral presentation. Please bring your file on a memory stick, or external hard drive or CD, and make sure you upload it in your presentation room the morning of your presenting day, before the beginning of the first session. Identified assistants will be available in each room 30 minutes before the starting time. Any other AV facilities if you require for your presentations will incur fee. Please contact us at thermec2016noSpam@tugraz.at before April 8, 2016, if you require any special audio visual facilities for your presentation.

Authors (both student and non students) presenting posters at THERMEC’2016 are requested to bring and display their own posters on the morning of their assigned Poster session at the REGISTRATION DESK in GRAZ. The registration desk will provide Velcro to affix the posters to the board and will provide you with the poster board number to be used to display your Poster. The posters must be affixed before 12:00 noon on the day assigned for your Poster Presentation session.

• Your poster dimension should not exceed 1200 mm height x 900 mm width.
• Posters are scheduled to be presented May 31 and June 1. More information see website after March 25, 2016.
• All authors are requested to take their posters off from the poster boards by the end of the Poster session on June 1
• DO NOT mail posters to the Conference Secretariat. THERMEC Secretariat does not assume any liability for mailed posters and will not acknowledge receiving it.
• Please note that poster and oral presentations have the same scientific value at THERMEC’2016. Manuscripts of both presentations will be reviewed for the scientific merit and will be included in the periodical/proceedings.
• The Organizing Committee is eager to ensure maximum scientific impact from the poster sessions. To this end, the committee will visit the posters during the poster sessions.
