Presentation guidelines

Oral presentations

For oral presentations, 15 minutes are allotted for the talk and an additional 5 minutes for questions and discussion. All presentations will be streamed and recorded. 

If you are presenting online, we ask you to prepare a video that will be used in case the internet connection is not working well. Please upload the video as mp4 file to your submission in Conftool (edit your digest) by Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at the latest.   
 


 

Poster presentations

 

Please prepare an A0 (841mm x 1189mm) size poster. Only portrait format is possible. For both types of poster presentations, on-site and online, it is mandatory to upload the poster file by Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at the latest:

  • Size: A0 (841mm x 1189mm) portrait only is possible.
  • Filetyp: PDF
  • OIPE 2023 logo for the header (not mandatory)
     

On-site presenters:
Please prepare a three-minute video of your contribution, including the title and the authors, the approach, objectives and results using the template file as the only slide. Please upload the video as mp4 file to your submission in Conftool (edit your digest) by Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at the latest. These videos will be published for registered participants to showcase the posters to online attendees as well.

Online presenters:
At the beginning of the poster session, the posters of online presenters will be introduced by a short presentation. Therefore, please prepare a five-minute video of your contribution, including the title and the authors, the approach, objectives and results using the template file. Please upload the video as mp4 file to your submission in Conftool (edit your digest) by Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at the latest.


The submitted videos and poster files will be made available in Conftool for all participants from Friday, September 15, 2023, to the end of the conference.
