1996: Retirement of Prof. Weiß, Prof. Zagar takes over on an interim basis: Institute of Electrical Measurement and Measurement Signal Processing (EMT)
1999: Prof. Georg Brasseur takes over, the premises in Kopernikusgasse are no longer sufficient, some of the employees move into laboratory and office premises in Schießstattgasse and later move into the newly adapted premises of the school building in Kronesgasse.
2012: The previously dispersed groups can be united on one floor of the Inffeldgasse Campus
