The individual competition entries can pose the question of the political statement and impact of architecture theoretically in the form of an essay. This results in new solutions for the requirement and coordination of differentiated "private" and "public" spheres within built structures, or a precise design based on a brief written statement. Based on Eichholzer's studies of a collective house in Moscow, questions are raised about contemporary socially relevant spatial formations to be able to develop typological answers to the question concerning differentiated private and public spheres within a building structure and within internal floor plans.
