Notes:

  • Due to the high number of participants and limited capacity, a separate mandatory registration for the first evening event on 11 Feb 2026 is required at a cost of € 20.
  • Students: Must be under 28 years old, without a previous degree, and without an employment contract. Please include a copy of your enrollment certificate. Admission is subject to availability. Presenters are not considered students.

Cancellation policy

Please note that for cancellations after 31 January 2026, the conference fee cannot be refunded.

Registration will take place at the conference reception on the ground floor of Inffeldgasse 25/D. In the campus map, this location is marked with A.
