Joining the conference

The main platform to access sessions of the BauSIM is ConfTool.

• Login to ConfTool and got to “Browse Conference Agenda”

• The conference programme is now shown. Each session has a link to a ZOOM-Webinar (i.e. the virtual room for the online Session)

• Click on the ZOOM-Webinar link of the session you want to join (read the following guidelines if you run ZOOM for the first time)
• Enter the passcode for the conference day (sent to all registered conference participants via email)
• Please contact the conference secretary if you did not get a passcode (bauSIM2020noSpam@tugraz.at / +43 316 8734252)
• You are now a participant in this session
• Read the following instructions on how to ask a question during the conference
