Course Description
As part of the project, Business Konsens has desinged a self-standing training module based on the Systemic Consensing methodology.

In the module, participants are introduced to Systemic Consensing as a fundamental toolkit for decision-makers and change agents. They will focus on moderation and facilitation skills required to guide groups and organizations through complex decision-making processes, especially in contexts without hierarchical authority.

Participants learn how to:

• Apply the Systemic Consensing method in leadership and facilitation contexts
• Lead and influence effectively in lateral leadership settings without formal power
• Structure complex group decisions and integrate diverse perspectives
• Moderate participatory processes and multi-stakeholder dialogues
• Support resilient, transparent, and sustainable decision-making
   

Target group
The module is designed for leaders and managers, professionals in lateral leadership roles without directive authority, moderators, facilitators, and project leads who act as decision-makers and shapers within organizations and collaborative environments.

The module is practice-oriented and can be used independently or embedded in broader educational, leadership, or professional development programmes.
