Registration and Deadlines 2024

We are fully booked. A few individual places can be  available, if already registered participants cancel. Please ask for it per email to kelterer<at>tugraz.at.

Further, I kindly ask the registered participants to pay the registration fee as soon as possible to finalize the registration.

• The registration is open from 1 October - 21 December 2023
• Registration (see at the bottom of this page, visible after 21 Oct. 2023)

• Max. 60 participants are possible, the list of participants will be applying the first-come-first serve principle.
• The registration is only final after payment of the registration fee.

Fee and Payment

• The registration fee is EUR 170,- (in-person) for 2024.
• Invoice: if you need an official invoice to pay the fee, please contact marion.hofmeister<at>tugraz.at by email individually with your data (name, university, address, email and phone number, printed Lecture Notes yes/no and VAT number) and the subject "2024 Workshop Bad Hofgastein - invoice". She is available after 8 October 2023.
• The registration fee of 170,- EUR covers participation at the workshop (including the Minisymposium), conference material and coffee breaks.
• An extra of 15,- EUR will be charged for the printed Lecture Notes.

Payment

Payment will be asked not later than 10 January 2023, but the places are given after first come - first pay modus. For those who got an pre-payment invoice, please check its payment dates individually.

Deadline 

• Registration for the workshop is open after 1 October 2023. Places are given after first-pay-first-serve modus.
• The registration for short talks at the 2024 Minisymposium day (1 March 2023) is open for registered participants only from 10-30  January 2024 (an email will be sent out in December).
  Places are given with special regard to the reference to the main workshop topic and after first-come-first-serve modus. Minisymposium speakers are informed at the end of January.
• At the in-person workshop, a limited number of posters can be presented for those who need a presentation for their travel cost (poster registration from 10 - 30 January 20234). Poster format A2 portrait.
