General information for presenters

The time slot for each presentation is 15 minutes (12 minutes presentation + 3 minutes questions)

For preparation please:

1. Verify your presentation

• Check your presentation title and the name of the presenter in the program at conftool: link
• If you are not able to do the desired changes please inform us via e-mail (shmii-13noSpam@tugraz.at)

2. Prepare your presentation and upload it in the conftool under your submissions until September 1, 2025 (note that any of the authors can upload it; maximum file size is 50 Mbyte and preferred format is Powerpoint)

• Use the MS-Power Point template SHMII-13_Presentation-Template.pptx to prepare your presentation
• Rename the file with SessionNr_PresenterName_Title.pptx
