Submission instructions for Authors

  • All papers must be prepared using the NUMGE 2027 Template which will be available from this page.
  • Authors should follow the formatting instructions and not exceed 6 pages in total length. Manuscripts which do not meet the formatting or page length requirements will be rejected outright.
  • For submission, the paper should be distinguished with its ID number, which is provided on abstract submission, and the surname of the first author, as given in the example: numge2027-554_FirstAuthor
  • Both a Word and a PDF copy of the paper must be submitted.

Special issue publication

Invited conference papers will have the opportunity to submit a full journal paper to a special issue. More information will be added soon.

Call for Sessions and Workshops

Researchers and professionals from academia and industry are warmly invited to submit proposals for sessions or workshops to help shape the technical and scientific program of NUMGE 2027.

Sessions, are understood as thematic blocks within the main conference program. A session is dedicated to a specific topic and organizers are responsible for session organization and the selection of potential contributions.

Workshops are interactive events within the main conference program focused on a specific topic, typically combining presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on examples. They aim to provide participants with practical insights, tools, or methodologies and encourage active engagement and discussion.

Proposals should be submitted as a short informal document (max. 1 A4 page) that includes:

  • A brief description of the session or workshop topic,
  • The intended scope and objectives, and
  • The names and affiliations of all organizers.
