Registration

Registration will open on June 1, 2026.

* The ticket for a PhD Workshop can only be booked in addition to the fee of the IGTE Symposium.
 

The registration fee includes the book of abstracts, lunches and refreshments during the conference and the social event.
Additional dinner tickets (EUR 65,00 / included for registered participants) and lunch tickets (EUR 20,00 per day) for accompanying persons can be booked in the conference management system.

Please note, that no early booking rebate can be granted if "Bank Transfer" has not been initiated before August 31, 2026! Possible bank transfer charges have to be paid by the sender.

Cancellation charges

Cancellations must be notified in written form to igtesympnoSpam@tugraz.at.

• From August 20, 2026: 50%
• From September 1, 2026: 75%
• From September 10, 2026: 100%

Insurance

The registration fees do not include insurance of participants against personal and health incidents such as sickness, accidents, theft, property damage or loss, etc. Participants are advised to take care on an adequate personal insurance.
