The Z-T-G team uses a variety of social science methods. Our approaches combine quantitative and qualitative methods in order to capture complex, systemic relationships and identify design options. In our projects, for example, we combine the future workshop format with a multi-criteria decision analysis, participatory systems mapping with a Bayesian Belief Network, or narrative scenarios with an innovation system analysis.
