Welcome to the Energy Center Graz

Global challenges such as population growth, increased energy demand, climate change or security of supply require a rethinking of sustainable development. Electric energy plays a crucial role in this. With its five institutes, the Energy Center Graz covers the most important areas in research and teaching in the field of electrical energy technology. In addition, the close cooperation between teachers and students is an additional success factor. Due to the spatially bundled, newly renovated office and laboratory space, which is oriented towards future requirements, the Energy Center Graz makes a corresponding contribution on the part of science to a prosperous development of our society and economy.
