30 Years Anniversary of Summer Schools in High Pressure Technology

The summer school ERASMUS+ BIP ESS-HPT 2025, “The European Summer School in High Pressure Technology” took place from 6.7.2025 till 19.7.2025 at Campus Inffeldgasse, Graz University of Technology. This course represents the 30 years’ anniversary, because the first intensive course was organised in 1995 in Monselice, Italy. This year 39 students from 15 different universities participated as well as 25 teachers from 15 universities and 2 companies. Beside the lectures given by the teachers 2 excursions (University of Maribor, Slovenia and industrial visit of NATEX Prozesstechnologie, Ternitz, Austria and of BHDT, Mürzzuschlag, Austria) were organised. Futheron students had to give oral presentations of their research work and the abstracts of these presentations are published in the book of abstracts (http://dx.doi.org/10.3217/978-3-99161-058-8).

Beside the transfer of knowledge in the field of high pressure technology this summer school strengthens the interaction between the participating students, creating new friendships, and the teachers. This will result in further cooperation’s and research projects.
