In addition to this project-based work, icons supports exchange and continuing education. The team meets weekly and organises regular events and training sessions. Moreover, the members are internally involved in one of the following areas: marketing, sales, IT, environmental social responsibility, finance, or human potential.
I am enthusiastically pursuing my studies in Mechanical Engineering and Business Economics, but I also like working in teams, taking on more responsibility and learning more about communication and business. That's exactly what I've been able to do at icons.
Whether it's taking part in external projects with companies, organising events, or working with students from different disciplines…I can always discover something new. At icons, I can explore topics that aren’t offered in any curriculum and have met incredible people who’ve become my best friends.
Personal development: collaborate with enthusiastic and goal-oriented students.

You can apply to join icons at the beginning of each semester. Once your application documents have been reviewed, you will be invited to an assessment centre. If your application is accepted, you will receive training as a ‘fellow’ and be assigned an individual, initial project. This project needs to be completed under supervision within six weeks, and your project performance determines whether you are permanently accepted. You can find even more information on our website.
