Chaitanya Tabib completed his M.Sc. degree in Biochemistry at Sri Bhagwan Mahaveer Jain College, Bangalore in 2008. Then worked as a Senior Research Fellow (SRF) at the Department of Biochemistry, Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore from 2008 to 2012. In 2012, he was chosen through DK-Molecular Enzymology PhD program, to pursue a PhD at Graz University of Technology at the Institute of Biochemistry and further graduated with excellence in December 2016.  Chaitanya is primarily a Biochemist with experience with Bio-macromolecules. With a collaborative approach between Protein Chemistry and Material Science, he worked on the preparation and characterization of composites obtained coating Bio-macromolecules (e.g. enzymes) with Metal-Organic Frameworks (MOFs).
