Kurzbiographie

Marcel Baunach ist Professor für “Embedded Automotive Systems” und Leiter der gleichnamigen Arbeitsgruppe am Institut für Technische Informatik an der Technischen Universität Graz. Während seiner Promotion an der Universität Würzburg baute er unter anderem den Forschungsbereich “Drahtlose Sensor/Aktuator Netzwerke” auf, bevor er als Leiter der Hardwareentwicklung im Bereich “Automotive Diagnostics” in die Industrie wechselte. 2013 kehrte er in die akademische Forschung an  der TU Graz zurück. Sein Forschungsgebiet ist Kompositionelles Hardware/Software/Network-Codesign mit Fokus auf Eingebettete Mehrkernsysteme, Echtzeitbetriebssysteme, und selbstorganisierende Drahtloskommunikation.
