The Faculty of Computer Science and Biomedical Engineering at Graz University of Technology is committed to excellence in research and teaching. Professor of Intelligent and Adaptive User Interfaces

This professorship will deal with the development of radically new user interfaces involving a wide variety of human senses. This includes, for example, perceptual user interfaces, immersive displays (e.g., virtual reality), natural user interfaces (touch, gaze, tangibles, haptics, speech, etc.), wearables, embodied interfaces, ubiquitous computing, emotional computing, computational fabrication, multi-modal interfaces, and intelligent user interfaces.

Tenure Track Professorship in Natural Language Processing

The Faculty of Computer Science and Biomedical Engineering  is looking for outstanding candidates with a research focus in the field of Natural Language Processing und Text-Mining. Methods to process large quantities of textual data and information extraction by means of machine learning methods are of particular interest. These methods should go beyond a single language. We offer an interesting research environment, research questions with practical relevance, and the integration with a motivated team of researchers and developers.
