In situ Raman Spectroscopy

Raman spectroscopy is based on the interaction of electromagnetic radiation with matter. Characteristic Raman vibration bands of molecules in solid and liquid samples provide qualitative and semi-quantitative analyses. Mineral formation and transformation reactions can be monitored in aqueous solutions via in situ Raman probe technology.

Two different probes are available:
1) Immersion optic
2) Non-Contact optic
