Come and join us at the Green Tech Jam 2020 hosted by Green Tech Cluster Styria and the Graz University of Technology in cooperation with Green Tech companies. 

The aim is to bring together students from different disciplines (coders, designers, developers, engineers, environmental system scientists, …) in interdisciplinary teams and to work on creative new solutions. Participants rapidly prototype product/service designs and inject new ideas to foster growth in the green tech industry. Seit dem Bewusstwerden der globalen Umweltveränderungen in den 1970er Jahren wird ein Bewusstseinswandel gefordert. Viel Zeit ist verstrichen. Umwelt- und Klimabewusstsein haben sich in dieser Zeit durchaus geändert, zumindest in vielen europäische Ländern. Auch in der Technik hat sich viel getan, vergleicht man etwa die Effizienz heutiger Autos mit denen von damals. Und politisch wurde einiges verändert. Aber dennoch, das alles scheint bei Weitem nicht zu reichen. Die Emissionen steigen und steigen, die Perspektiven auf die Zukunft des Klimas verdüstern sich. Was läuft hier eigentlich falsch? Antworten auf diese Frage wären der Schlüssel für Rezepte, wie wir es besser machen können. Welcome to the Software Testing Contest 2019 in Graz!

Over the past decades, we have built software to improve our efficiency, reliability, and safety in production, business, daily life, etc. These goals, however, cannot be accomplished if the software is not properly tested.

With this contest, we want to provide an opportunity to use programming and testing skills to compete with other students.

The three top ranked competitors will be sponsored to represent the TU Graz at the International Software Testing Contest 2019 in Sofia. This includes expenses for transportation and lodging.
