The Department of Computer Science and Biomedical Engineering at Graz University of Technology is committed to excellence in research and teaching. University Assistant (prae doc, 4 years) at the Institute of Applied Information Processing and Communications

40h/week, presumably starting 01 December 2020.

Admission requirements

Completed master's or diploma studies in Computer Science, Information and Computer Engineering, Software Development & Management, Mathematics and comparable studies.

Wanted Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of English;
  • The ability to work in an international environment;
  • Experience in IT security,
  • Experience in operating system security,
  • Knowledge of software side channels and side channels in the cloud

Classification

B 1 under the collective agreement for university employees; the monthly minimum remuneration for this use is currently € 2.929.- gross (14 times per year, including social and health insurance) and may possibly be increased on the basis of the provisions of the collective agreement by taking into account previous experience specific to the job and other remuneration components associated with the special features of the workplace.
