FEE IS NOT WAIVED FOR ANY PARTICIPANT AT THERMEC2020. This is THERMEC strict policy since 1988. All presenting authors/participants including Keynote Speakers/invited speakers/Executive Committee members are required to pay author registration fee by due date.
Two ways to pay the total amount of fee:
(a) BY CREDIT CARD (VISA or MASTERCARD): On line registration - see website
(b) BY DIRECT BANK TRANSFER (Electronic Transfer): an additional € 20 must be added to the registration fee amount to cover for bank fee receiving your funds.

* Manuscript Length:
The maximum length of your manuscript (MS) is six pages (A4 size) including all figures/tables/references within this page limit. Any additional page in your MS over six pages will incur extra cost (euro100 per
page) which must be paid along with your author registration fee before Jan. 10 2020 please.

Advanced Steel one day Workshop: on Sunday May 31, 2020

Workshop REGISTRATION Fee: If attending also THERMEC2020, please pay workshop fee with the THERMEC2020 registration fee please.
Workshop one day fee: includes, light luncheon, morning/afternoon coffee, workshop printed program.
Cancellation of Registration:
Cancellation should be notified in writing to Prof. C. Sommitsch: Chairman Organizing Committee (firstname.lastname@example.org and to email@example.com). A charge of 250 Euro will be imposed for cancellation recevied before February 14, 2020. Cancellation received after February 14, 2020, and prior to March 10, 2020, will incur 50 % cancellation fee. After March 10, 2020, no fee will be refunded.
Registration fee will be refunded only at the end of the conference. Any bank charges incurred in refunding fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
