Registration fee inclusions:

Delegate (Non –authors)**
*All authors presenting poster/papers must pay their registration fee in full before February 16, 2016.
** Delegate refer to participant who is from the industry/industrial research organization or government establishment. The participant who is NOT making oral or poster presentation at THERMEC2016 is also considered delegate.
***Student fee is applicable to undergraduate, master and doctoral students those are full time students (not to post docs). The student must provide proof of student status (including the name and email address supervisor) stating that you are a full time student in order to obtain the student registration fee. Email this information to Prof. T. Chandra at thermec2016noSpam@tugraz.at before February 10,2016, after student has paid fee.
Just for info: 50 % of the registration fees will be forwarded to the THERMEC Convention Services, University of Wollongong, Australia.
Author Registration: February 16, 2016 (strict due date)
Author making presentation (oral or poster) must register before February 16, 2016, in order for the Program Committee to include the presentation in the final program.
Only after the author registration fee is received by above due date, the Program Committee will be able to review your manuscript for inclusion in the proceedings otherwise it will NOT be included in the Materials Science Forum periodical/ conference proceedings.
Conference Dinner is included in the author/delegate/student registration fee.
Conference Dinner is NOT included in the Spouse Program fee and If you would like
to order additional.
Conference Dinner tickets, please pay with your registration fee.
Cancellation of Registration:
Cancellation should be notified in writing to Prof. C. Sommitsch: Chairman Organizing Committee (thermec2016noSpam@tugraz.at). A charge of 250 Euro will be imposed for cancellation received before February 14, 2016. Cancellation received after February 14, 2016, and prior to March 10, 2016, will incur 50% cancellation fee. After March 10, 2016, no fee will be refunded.
Registration fee will be refunded only at the end of the conference. Any bank charges incurred in refunding fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
All delegates and companion should register for the conference and collect their name badges and papers at the Registration Desk which will be opened and situation at GRAZ MESSES on the following days and times
Sunday, May 29, 2016: “Pre-registration” WELCOME RECEPTION 4pm to 6pm
Monday, May 30 to Friday, June 3, 2016: Registration Desk will be opened from 8am to 6pm
