Lunch & Teaching

Theme: Unite!
When:
23 June 2022, 10:30 a.m.- 12:30 p.m.
Where: Aula, Rechbauerstraße 12, 1. floor

Since the beginning of this year, TU Graz has been a "future full partner" in Unite!, the University Network for Innovation, Technology and Engineering. Together, nine European universities (Aalto University, KTH Stockholm, Wroclaw Tech, TU Darmstadt, Grenoble INP-UGA, Politecnico di Torino, Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, Universidade de Lisboa, TU Graz) are building a dynamic and inclusive university alliance. Together, students and staff seek new opportunities for excellence in university learning and teaching, research and innovation. Open exchange and the free circulation of talents and ideas are as much a part of Unite! as shared values, a common mission and mutual trust.

So what does this mean for TU Graz? How can we create a trans-European campus that reflects the diversity of the nine universities? How can each of us benefit from this alliance? How can we contribute our strengths to Unite! and become part of the community building from the bottom up? What opportunities are there for us in this joint campus? What challenges do we have to overcome?

We will address these and other questions together in a Lunch & Teaching on 23 June 2022, 10:30 - 12:30. After an overview of Unite!, the focus will be on your visions, your ideas and your conceptions for cross-border cooperation on the basis of the following topics:

  • Inclusion, Diversity, Well-being
  • Joint Studies: Programmes and Offers
  • Innovation in Teaching and Learning
  • Mobility
  • Green and Digital Transition (Innovation, Microcredentials, LLL etc)
  • Involving students - how can this succeed?
