Condition Monitoring for Combustion Engines

Modern research on combustion engines focuses on the integration of electrical control tecniques for the engine operation. In order to improve aspects about the reliability of the engine, as well as the efficient operation, online condition monitoring techniques have to be applied. The ECOpowerdrive project is a COMET project, which addresses the development of enery-efficient small internal combustion engines.
